Bee Morehead

Religious leader, Political activist, and Theologian Bee Morehead has a deeply successful history in championing issues of social justice, public health, environmentalism, and interfaith ministries in the Texas Christian and legislative communities. As director of Texas Impact and Texas Interfaith Power and Light, Bee single-handedly spearheaded the movement to help Texas congregations switch to clean, renewable electricity, maximize energy efficiency, and seek carbon neutrality (a project still in process). Bee's broad expertise is put to work daily as she steers the Texas Christian community into lobbying the Texas legislature to voice Christian values of compassion, creation care, economic justice, and more.
