INTRODUCING: The Pursuit of Green Happiness -- A game
"Pursuing Sustainable Communication-Community"

The Big Idea:
The Green Pursuit of Happiness Game is a community-led, open forum discussion regarding the issues affecting our environment, community, and dialogue.

Does our tendency to communicate in soundbites affect the way we ask tough questions? Does our need to always have the answer affect our ability to solve complex social problems? In order to have a sustainable community do we need to develop a more "sustainable communication?" What does a "green" nation look like?

You have opinions! You have brilliant ideas! To probe these and many other questions, and pay heed to the spirit of America's Green Independece, Austin Green Art suggests we sit down together for a few moments of open discussion this Saturday at the "Green is the New: Red, White & Blue" festival.

Invitation:
This forum is full of fun and conversation. We invite you to begin "the game" by submitting tough questions to the community. You may do so via email (send to: admin@sustain-a-ball.org) or by simply bringing questions with you to The Ball. There are n o winners or losers here, only spirited, open excfhange. Our goal is to bring community members together to in the name of fostering a sustainable, caring and creative communication.

How the Game is Played:
Discussion participants will pull a question from the hat and put it out to the group. If the group votes to discuss, they do, if not, they pull another. Attendees at the Shopper's Ball! will be informed via "Paul Revere" runners once a question is taken up. All are welcome to join in the discussion.
